While Dave Hudson led all comers in the Huntingdon parkrun with 16:11, Zoe Mayo placed 49th (2nd SW25-29) with 23:33, a 55-sec PB, which puts her 36th all-time in the club rankings.  At Ferry Meadows, Joseph Reindel equalled his PB of 16:42, placing 5th overall and 1st SM-18-19.  In 66th place, Christina Cowles improved her best by 4:14 with 22:13 to

Richard Phelan A safe first triple jump of 9.07; unfortunately followed by poor second and an excellent third, but a marginal foul, so 19th out of 30. The pole vault went well despite the rain; a season’s best of 2.80m to raise the M60 Irish record by 10cm; finished 11th out of 22.
