Brandon Ballard had an important 1500m race in Coventry against the top T20s , all older and some who have already competed internationally.  Brandon took the race by storm and went and won it in 4:06.75, securing his status at the top of the UK T20 rankings.

As James Orrell led all runners in the Huntingdon parkrun for the 7th consecutive time with 16:55, 12-year-old Izzie Hilton finished as 1st JW11-14 (32nd overall) with 23:32 to remove 51 seconds from her PB and move from 47th to 34th in the club all-time rankings.  Meanwhile, for the third time in the past month, Dave Hudson placed 1st at the
