An excellent turnout of 14 runners. Anna Douglas improved her best from 36:57 down to 35:23 to move from 8th to 4th on the all-time rankings, just one second from 3rd place.  Newcomer Chris Parson ran 30:34 to enter the all-time rankings in 19th place.
