In brutal and hilly conditions, first-year U15B Milo Gray placed 3rd to pick up the individual bronze medal.  He combined with Oli Albone (4th) and Ethan Locke (5th) to win the U15B 5k national road team gold medal.

In the 4th 1500m race, Tom Waterworth improved his PB by 1.86 secs to 3:55.54 to place third, while Ollie Albone also ran a PB, finishing 5th in the 10th race with 4:23.05, an improvement of 2.79 secs.
