Denise reports:  After taking silver at the county schools cross country champs yesterday, Esme ran in the southern indoor 800m today. Off slightly heavy legs having run yesterday, she took a fabulous silver medal and has been invited to compete in the invitational 800m races on the same day as the Ayo Falola mile. Great

Sawyer Preston ran 40.25 for 300m at the indoor meet at Lee Valley to set the first club record of the new year by breaking his brother Jacob’s U17M/U20M/SM records of 45.29 set in 2018. Jacob hangs onto his U15B record. Dad Darren won his 800m race in 2:20.35
