The Anglian Schools XC, which are part of the qualifying process for English Schools, were held at Abington Park, Northampton on Saturday and the club was heavily involved in this. Moses Smith had a great run for the silver medal in the Minor boys race and led home the Cambs Schools team to a win.

Tom Waterworth kickstarted his indoor season, placing 4th with 1:49.89 to break his own U20M and SM club records of 1:50.64 set last year.

At Ferry Meadows, Rob Farrant finished 2nd with 17:08 to beat his eight-year-old best by 65 seconds and enter the club all-time rankings in equal 14th place.
