Well done to Aaron Hawkins who placed 9th with 17:17 which improved his best by 10 seconds and moved him from 19th to 18th in the club all-time rankings.

At Watford Oliver Albone took another pb of 2.04.75 in the 800m in his less familiar event – some super progress this year.  George Connell also had a great run in the 800m, recording 2:08.30, a PB by 1.95, which places him 100th in the U15B national rankings.
