Six days after finishing the London Marathon, Seb Darnell improved on his 7-year PB of 18:45 at Hinchingbrooke Park with an 18:26 clocking (and 2nd place) to move from 43rd to 36th in the club all-time rankings.  Meanwhile, at Storey’s Field, 12-year-old Alastair Reddish was generously paced by Simon Bowman to place 28th with 18:56, an improvement of 69 seconds,
