In the 1500m R2 at Watford, Amelia Darnell placed 4^th (1^st female) with 5:06.16, beating her 6-year-old PB by 0.15 secs.
This was Amelia’s 7^th PB this year over all surfaces. 
Finishing two places behind (and 1^st U13G), Esme Lydon was clocked at 5:07.06.
