Hunts AC had a number of athletes running at the Essex 20 mile race at Debden airfield, with a number of them representing the Cambridge County team.
Jess Williams was the first Cambs female home, in 2:15:07 (106th overall – 13th Senior Female) for a new PB and 6th county team place as well as setting a new Senior Women’s club record, beating 2:18:23 Ieva Klavina 2023
David Hudson was the first Cambs male home, in 1:52:24 (9th place & 4th M40) – despite being a late call up for the team, and running the race as a session!
Martin Amos was the 2nd Cambs male home, in 1:54:48 (16th place & 5th M40).
Ty Farrer ran for 2:02:01 (44th place 1st M50)
The Cambs Men’s team took a fantastic 3rd county team place.
Also taking part was Nathan Jeremy, in 2:29:31 (180th place) new PB.
