The lack of quantity was compensated for by the quality of those members running at Bolesworth Castle, Cheshire, yesterday.
Surely some of the best performances ever from Hunts runners at this historic event.
Noah Scott-Donkin finished just out of the medals in 4th place in the U15 boys race after a highly impressive run finishing just 3secs behind the winner.
In the senior men’s race Chris Smith finished in a highly creditable 37th out of over 1400 men and James Orrell was 169th.
A huge well done to all of our juniors that ran and experienced the ‘National’ experience for the first time.
