Despite the cold, frozen, conditions on Saturday morning the Cambridgeshire races went ahead on a new course, Amherst Field, Ely.
Hunts AC provided the winners of 2 categories.
Iris Purser front ran her Minor girls (yr7) race for a comfortable win. Alasdair Reddish did similarly in the Minor boys race.
Esme Lydon come 2nd in the Juniors girls (yrs8&9).
Boogie Gray also finished 2nd in the Lincs Schools Minor boys race at Burleigh.
There were a number of other great runs and around 25/26 of our Juniors qualified to progress on to the next round of schools races, the Anglian regionals in Feb.
