Well done to all of our SAL athletes on finishing 2^nd with 357.5 points.

Congrats to our Southern Athletics League women’s relay team who set an U20W club record. Molly Webster (age 17), Arihanna Streete (age 15), Abi Pudney (age 17) and Sarah-Renae Hall (age 17) won their race with 50.3, beating the previous record of 51.32 set last year by Izzie Newman, Isla Wood, Aimee Hays, Abi Pudney. Their time ranks them 25th in the U20W national rankings.

Congrats to Bob Ellingham on setting two club records on Sunday at Colchester.

Congrats to Molly Webster who, in her third-ever race over 400m, ran 59.8 on Sunday to qualify for the U20W national championship. Entries closed that night.

Congrats to Freya Harris who, in just her second steeplechase race, won it with 8:43.6, which places her 11th in the U17W national rankings and 94th in the SW national rankings.

Congrats to Sandra Acton who threw the discus 9.82m for 3^rd in the SW F37 national rankings
