A great day at Mansfield. Our best ever turn out for this event. 46 Hunts runners and we had at least one full scoring team in each age/gender race.
We also had two teams finish in our highest ever position.
Our U13 boys, Jake, Alasdair, and Moses, finished 17th which beat the previous best, 28th three years ago.
The U20 Men’s team, Tom, Bill, and Noah, came 23rd. The previous best was 34th last year.
The U15 girls and Senior Women missed their best finishes by just one place and the U17 Women finished in their best placing since 2008!
Last year Iris Purser (U13G) and Tom Waterworth U20M) beat the club previous bests for their age/gender at this event.
Well this year they both made massive improvements to finish much higher.
Iris was the 19th fastest U13 girl overall (212 ran) when the previous best was 62nd.
Tom was 34th fastest U20 man overall (170 ran). Previous best was 75th.
Alasdair Reddish had a great run and was 27th fastest U13 boy on the day.
