Eligibility For England Athletics East Road Running Grand Prix Series 2008 (eligible if "yes" to any of the questions)
(a) Are you a member of an England Athletic affiliated club in Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Norfolk or Suffolk? yes no
Are you a first claim member of an England Athletics affiliated club and either:
  (b) Born in the Eastern Region? or yes no
  (c) By a minimum of nine months permanent residence in the Eastern Region? yes no

I am over 15 years of age on 20/07/08 for the 10 km. I will keep to the left hand side of the road unless informed to the contrary by an official. Failure to do so could lead to disqualification.
