• Start at the entrance to One Leisure Outdoor Centre on California road
• Turn Left - along Hill rise
• Turn Left - along Old Ramsey rd
• Water station at 2.5km (approx)
• Out onto airfield along South/East and North/East taxiways to half way point
• Follow triangular turning point
• Return by the same route
• Water station at 7.5km (approx)
• Finish on grass area in front of One Leisure Outdoor Centre.

The course is entirely flat, running on grass except for 400m on a sythetic athletics track.

• Start on athletics track.
• Complete 300m of track (3/4 lap) and exit through gate into field.
• Complete two full laps of field passing through 10km finish area and water station twice.
• After the 2nd lap, turn left back onto track.
• Complete the final 100m of the athletics track to the finish line.
